Key Information
Ethics 1:
Being ethically aware as a coach is essential. Ethics is perceived by many as either obvious or unclear. How often do we reflect on our ethics? When we do, what is important to consider? ICF’s ethical guidelines are a good starting point, but you and I need to do more than that. So what should we do?
This training primarily targets coaches who want to reflect on ethics together with others.
Language: English/Scandinavian
Lead Instructors: Jenny Bergh & Toril N. Grave
Virtual training: Virtually
Our virtual training has generous breaks. We limit the number of participants and run with smaller groups online. Your outcome will be as good as on face to face training - with the added benefit of practicing how you can effectively coach on virtual platforms. We use breakout rooms and we will observe your coaching to boost your development.
Virtual training is surprisingly effective to develop coaching skills - we hope you will join us and experience the effect.
You are required to be 100% present throughout every session. The program is not suitable for multi tasking, and you can not have other responsibilities while in session. You are also required to have connectivity good enough to have your camera on the whole time.
