Meet the founders
LEARN was founded by Jenny Bergh and Toril Nygreen Grave, two experienced leadership developers, executive coaches, and educators with a shared passion for helping people strengthen their Internal Compass and create greater impact.
Both hold the MCC (Master Certified Coach) credential from ICF, the highest level of accreditation in the coaching profession. Together they bring decades of experience from leadership development, coaching, organisational development, learning design, and faculty work across Scandinavia.
Toril Nygreen Grave
Toril holds degrees in Pedagogy and Values-Based Leadership. She holds the MCC (Master Certified Coach) credential from ICF and has served as President of ICF Norway.
With more than 25 years of experience from both corporate and consulting environments, Toril combines a deep understanding of people development with practical business insight. Before establishing her own consultancy, she worked as an HR Manager in a global shipping company.
As founder of TNG Consulting, Toril has spent many years coaching leaders, facilitating learning programmes, and designing leadership development initiatives for organisations. Her particular expertise lies in leadership coaching, leadership development, and the design of transformative learning experiences.
Today, TNG Consulting delivers coaching and leadership development services to some of Norway's largest organisations.

Jenny Bergh
Jenny holds degrees in Theology and Values-Based Leadership and has pursued further studies in Creativity, Educational Leadership, Strategic HR Development, and related fields. She holds the MCC (Master Certified Coach) credential from ICF and has served on the board of ICF Sweden.
Throughout her career, Jenny has worked as a coach, leadership developer, facilitator, organisational leader, and entrepreneur. She brings extensive experience from working with individuals, teams, organisations, and communities across a wide range of sectors.
Jenny is also the author and co-author of several publications and books. Her writing has reached an international audience, and one of her books has been translated into multiple languages.
As founder of Khraft AB, she supports entrepreneurs, leaders, organisations, and communities through coaching, leadership development, business development, and strategic advisory work. She is also the creator and host of the KHRAFT Podcast, where leadership, coaching, and human development are recurring themes.
