LEARN Connect

Welcome to LEARN Connect! 

In response to requests from previous course participants who feel they have lost their momentum and wish to practice coaching, we have now launched LEARN Connect – a place where you can network with like-minded individuals and practice coaching in a safe environment. 
 

What is LEARN Connect?  

LEARN Connect is a series of three digital meetings (1.5 hours each) where you meet as colleagues to practice coaching, observe, and reflect together. Before each meeting, you will need to complete a short individual preparation, which may include listening to a brief coaching session and reflecting on specific questions. The sessions will be organized by Isabelle Holmer. 
 

Structure  

Session 1: Observation & Coaching, Friday 9/5 from 09:00 – 10:30 

Preparation: Listen to and reflect on recorded coaching. Identify three strengths and three areas for improvement related to ICF's core competencies. Time required: approx. 1 hour. 

Meeting: Presentation and check-in, coaching observation and reflective conversation in breakout rooms, discussion in the whole group, and practical coaching exercise with reflection. 
 

Session 2: Observation & Coaching, Friday 13/6 from 11:00 – 12:30  

Preparation: Reflect on your own development in coaching. Time required: approx. 30 minutes. 

Meeting: Presentation and check-in, reflections in breakout rooms, discussion in the whole group, and practical coaching exercise with reflection. 

 
Session 3: Observation & Coaching, Friday 15/8 from 15:00 – 16:30 

Preparation: Consider curiosity and different perspectives in coaching. Time required: approx. 30 minutes. 

Meeting: Presentation and check-in, practical coaching exercise with reflection, and discussion about lessons and insights. 

 

By participating in LEARN Connect, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Network with other coaches and exchange experiences and ideas. 

  • Practice in a supportive environment. 
     

Price 

700 SEK for 3 sessions excluding VAT.
