The training is aimed at those who just need Mentor Coaching.

Virtual training: One fully virtual day and 3 virtual mentor coaching sessions.
Our virtual training-day has generous breaks. We limit the number of participants and run with smaller groups online. Your outcome will be as good as on face to face training - with the added benefit of practicing how you can effectively coach on virtual platforms. We use breakout rooms and we will observe your coaching to boost your development.
Virtual training is surprisingly effective to develop coaching skills - we hope you will join us and experience the effect.
You are required to be 100% present throughout every session. The program is not suitable for multi tasking, and you can not have other responsibilities while in session. You are also required to have connectivity good enough to have your camera on the whole time.
Learning outcomes
Mentor coaching 10 hours (requirement for certification and recertification with ICF) Three of the ten hours are individual.
We are accredited at Level 1 and Level 2 and are trusted by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to carry out Performance Evaluation. That is, examination for ACC and PCC certification.

Admission requirements
Take your coaching to the next level and further develop your leadership skills. This course is for coaches and leaders who have coaching experience.
Through mentor coaching, and extensive practice you will learn with and from others. Use your coaching to engage stakeholders and advance your vision. Get the tools to build a coaching culture in your organization or develop a sustainable coaching business.
We will run the program with 2 facilitators and limit attendance to 12 participants. This exclusive setup will forward your development and boost your international network.

Course Fee
NOK 17 000,- ex. vat.
Payment
Payment by invoice. We invoice a deposit of NOK 10 000,- upon registration.
The rest is invoiced 30 days before the course starts.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellations 60 days or more prior to course gives you a full refund. Cancellations 30 days or more prior to course gives you 50% of your deposit refunded. Cancellations 29-15 days before course starts gives you a 30% refund. Cancellations 14 days or less before course starts gives no refund – but you can give away your seat at the course to someone else.

Our experienced instructors give you feedback based on ICF's Core Competencies, you get to reflect on your coaching together with other coaches. We talk about what your strengths are and what might be the next step for development.

Individual Mentor Coaching
3 h
Three hours of the total 10 hours of mentor coaching are individual. You record a coaching session with a coaching client who has given his consent to the recording. You transcribe the recording. Send recording + transcription and book an appointment for mentor coaching with your mentor coach.
